Itinary

By car

Option 1: via A10

Follow A1 towards Paris and beyond, take the A10 towards Poitiers / Bordeaux. Then A62 towards Langon and hence A65 (Autoroute de Gascogne) into Aire-sur-l'Adour (exit 6). Make your way to the D935 towards Termes-d'Armagnac and continue on D48 towards Aignan. Domaine Saint Barthe is at only 4km from the village square of Aignan along the D20 direction Plaisance. After + / - 4km on the Avenue des Pyrénées (towards Plaisance), take the small road on your left, marked 'Sainte Barthe'. This road leads towards the entry gate of the Domaine. Pay attention, while this road starts in a sharp left curve of the Avenue des Pyrénées.

Option 2: via A20

Follow A1 towards Paris and beyond take the A20 direction Orléans / Limoges / Brive la Gaillarde to Cahors or even further to Montauban (autoroute Aquitaine). 
If you leave the autoroute in Cahors, then drive further through Agen and Condom towards Aignan. From the village square Aignan: See description above.
If you continue on the autoroute till Montauban, then take the direction to Auch, then via Vic Fezensac to Aignan. This route has a lower toll rate than option 1.

Option 3: toll-free

Follow the toll-free motorways and national and departmental roads between the following cities: Lille, Arras, Abbeville, Rouen, Evreux, Chartres, Tours, Poitiers, Angoulême, Bordeaux, Aire-sur-l'Adour, direction Plaisance, turn to Aignan. The entrance to Domaine Sainte Barthe is in a sharp right turn between Plaisance and Aignan. It is a small road to the right, and is marked 'Sainte Barthe'.

By train

From Lille you can travel via Paris to Agen (sometimes with a stop in Bordeaux). Usually, reservation required.

By plane

If you want the most carefree holiday travel, then you can take the plane.
Ryanair provides cheap from Charleroi to Bordeaux (reserve well in advance).
Easyjet offers flights from Zaventem (Brussels) to Lille or Toulouse.
KLM following flights: Brussels - Pau with stops in Paris (expensive society).
A whole range of UK & Irland airports arrange flights towards Pau, Bordeaux, Toulouse.
